This is a diversity personal injury action arising from an alleged asbestos exposure. The issues on appeal are whether the trial court erred in: 1) excluding evidence of a third-partys negligence, 2) admitting certain letters to show knowledge on the part of Defendant, and 3) failing to use a state-mandated verdict form. Finding error in the exclusion of the evidence of a third-partys negligence, we reverse and remand for a new trial. It is not necessary to decide the remaining issues.
